Chelsea O’Donnell represents individuals and entities in criminal and civil matters, with a focus on internal investigations, criminal defense, regulatory enforcement, and complex civil litigation. She has experience in matters involving allegations of financial fraud, money laundering, Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA) violations, and public corruption, and has represented clients in connection with investigations conducted by federal and state prosecutors, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the New York State Office of the Attorney General. Chelsea has also counseled clients victimized by cybersecurity attacks, and coordinated the clients’ response to regulatory inquiries. Her pro bono work has focused on assisting individuals with immigration-related issues, including the representation of trafficking victims and sexual assault survivors seeking legal status and employment authorization in the United States.
Prior to joining KKL, Chelsea was an associate at Bracewell LLP and a law clerk at the National Football League.
