Jon Bodansky represents individuals and institutions in criminal and civil matters, with a focus on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, regulatory enforcement, and complex civil litigation. Jon has represented clients in connection with federal and state criminal prosecutions and investigations conducted by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, and state Attorneys General. He has experience in matters involving allegations of fraud, racketeering, money laundering, violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and violations of the False Claims Act, as well as nationwide class actions and complex multi-district civil litigation.
Prior to joining KKL, Jon was a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond J. Dearie of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to law school, Jon worked as a management consultant at Monitor Group, leading projects across the United States, Middle East, and Africa for public-sector and non-profit clients.
